I've always been captivated by India's ever-shifting skies—their raw extremes and hidden subtleties. From the searing blaze of summer to the tender whisper of monsoon drizzle, each weather pattern carries an unspoken poetry, a quiet drama etched across the landscape. With Mausam, my first Gen AI art collection, I set out to capture that poetry, blending the stark realism of photography with the boundless possibilities of AI to create something otherworldly.
Mausam isn’t just about documenting weather—it’s about transcending traditional boundaries, inviting you into a realm where the elements become surreal wonder. The blazing sun casts long, dreamlike shadows over cracked, terraced fields; towering clouds frame solitary figures on windswept dunes; and misty horizons silhouette quiet moments of connection. Each frame is a meditation on India’s skies, reimagined through the lens of technology.
This project was born from a desire to experiment—merging the authenticity of photography with AI’s ability to amplify their emotional depth. The result is a visual dialogue between the real and the surreal, where weather isn’t just a backdrop but a living, breathing force. I hope these images transport you as much as the process inspired me. Enjoy.
